My favorite music to meditate with while writing is Mozart's.
It's uplifting, inspiring and it helps me to write better.
Sometimes I'll lay back on a couch and close my eyes and listen to my whole playlist on http://www.youtube.com/ideagirlconsulting
I've got several types of meditation playlists from positive thinking, affirmations, DNA repair, 528 mz, solfreggio tones, relaxation, chill out music and more.
Feel free to use them anytime you'd like.
If you have a video to add to my playlist, just send me a message on youtube or
a tweet to http://www.twitter.com/theideagirl

The Benefits of Meditation - 528 hz - DNA Repair Music
Did you know that 528hz music can help to heal your body?
It causes vibrations in the areas of body to trigger healing there.
After my car accident I was pretty down.
Nothing worked for me.
The doctors tried different types of therapy then we had to stop.
It was causing me too much pain.
I found that meditation helped to relieve the pain from time to time.
The 528hz vibrations made my skin look and feel younger.
It made me feel good inside.
I felt like I was doing something to help heal my body.
You can find them on youtube to try them out!

Home - Wedding - Meditation - Beauty Care - Everday Ideas - Weight Loss
I created some lenses on how to take care of me.
In order to be happy in life, you need to have a balance in spirit, soul and body.
The spirit must be fulfilled with some sort of belief whether it is meditation, chakra's, the universe or just praying to the powers that be.
The soul is your mind, and it needs a daily dose of new material to stimulate it, keep it sharp and improve your memory skills.
The body loves to be pampered in bathing, oils, massage, yoga and weight loss ideas.
I've also included a how to create the perfect wedding, from invitations, pre planning, the reception, seating, menu ideas, choosing the right kind of dress, latest wedding fashion designers and shows.

Self-Help Videos on You Tube
Yesterday I was surfing the net and looking up various topics on self-help, depression, lymphatic massage and rejection and found all sorts of great videos about them. I added each of them to my play list under various categories, I plan to go back and listen to them. I like creating a play list then laying back on the couch with my Itech headphones on and listening for 30 minutes to an hour about sales techniques, positive thinking, meditation or energy meditations. Each day is different and I want to learn something new everyday. I always take time on a Friday, Sunday or a Monday to do research on any given topic. Today I had some lunch and took a look at the Standard. It was talking about a new green team editorial piece that posts weekly articles. I'm thinking that I should write articles and submit them to my own paper and see what happens. You never know, I might tap into an unknown market and help educate people about something they don't know too much about. It took me over 4 hours to find all those videos and some people just don't have that kind of time. To create a helpful and useful play list was my goal. You can view the play list at:

Writing Tunes Idea Girl Consulting You Tube
I find it much easier to concentrate now while I write articles and review my novel online. Between the guy who lives upstairs (thumper) and the girl who lives in the front (pots/pans melodies), I couldn't get much done without the desire to bang on the walls and yell "shut up!"
I found the perfect remedy. Listen to Meditation Music from You tube (www.youtube.com/ideagirlconsulting) with a small headset on. I try to pick stuff that won't make me sleepy. I listen to healing meditations (hope it trains my body to heal itself) and songs to expand the mind, brain waves to open up parts of the mind that I don't normally use at different times of the day. Today I made a good morning meditation play list. One that has light hearted music and energizes you when you listen to it. It helps to do some concentration meditations as well before proofreading or editing a novel.
I find when reading constantly, my eyes tend to go blurry and I get very tired from it. I usually take several cat naps during the day, I tend to be awake at night. I write in the early morning hours because there is less distractions (other than the snoring from all 3 parties ) and I can think without being interrupted by my boyfriend who always likes to ask a 100 questions about what I'm doing, but then wanders away when I go into an explanation. I can't figure out why he does that. I have threatened to glue his shoes to the floor. :)
