District 9 was fascinating to watch and I did a movie review about it.The fact that it's such a huge success with brand new actors, Sharlto Copley (pictured above), directors and writers shows that there is an untapped talent pool out there!
I'm glad that Peter Jackson took a risk with Neill Blomkamp (pictured here on the right). What I didn't know what that all the special effects were done by a class of students from the Vancouver Film School!
These guys all attended the school together and created an amazing movie for us to watch!
